What you will do

• Define and execute product roadmaps for the Salesforce-based lead management ecosystem.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, and dealer operations to deliver complex, scalable features.
• Establish and track OKRs to ensure product performance and business alignment.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from strategy and prioritization to delivery and dealer adoption.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and strategic progress to senior leadership.
• Mentor team members and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct reporting lines.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• 5+ years of product management experience or 7+ years in CRM-adjacent roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product strategy.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent advanced experience.
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Deep expertise in automotive OEM lead management environments.
• Experience designing complex Salesforce data models and integration patterns.
