What you will do

• Own the roadmap for the Developer Workflows engineering group, partnering with leadership to deliver key components of Unified Access.
• Drive cross-company strategy and execution for developer tools and Developer Watchtower within EPM.
• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly prioritization to bring clarity to a high-growth team.
• Act as the voice of the customer through continuous discovery, PRDs, and PRFAQs.
• Collaborate with and mentor junior PMs to raise the bar on product craft.
• Establish success metrics and OKRs that connect product outcomes to ARR and business results.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience owning developer-facing or platform-oriented products.
• Deep understanding of developer workflows, modern AI trends, and security/access challenges.
• Proven track record of executing complex product roadmaps in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong executive-level communication skills and experience producing structured artifacts like PRDs.
• Ability to drive a long-term (18–24 month) vision while maintaining near-term execution.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with developer security tooling or secrets management.
• Experience with Enterprise Password Managers (EPM), device trust, or Identity and Access Management (IAM).
