Salary: $175,000 - $285,000 (base plus bonus)

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for major product areas, ensuring alignment between engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Lead the design and delivery of agentic AI workflows, including human-in-the-loop and autonomous task execution systems.
• Partner with AI engineering to define agent behavior, escalation logic, output quality standards, and evaluation frameworks.
• Identify and embed intelligent automation into existing workflows to solve customer pain points.
• Collaborate with data, security, privacy, and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Define and track success metrics such as adoption and reliability to guide prioritization and report progress to leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, specifically shipping products in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI-powered features, including LLM integration and agentic workflows.
• Strong technical fluency in system design, APIs, data models, and AI pipelines.
• Ability to align stakeholders and drive outcomes at a senior level without direct authority.
• Data-driven approach to defining product metrics and guiding strategy.
