What you will do

• Own end-to-end operational planning across supply chain, production, and logistics for multiple business units
• Define long-term strategies, scalable frameworks, and scenario planning aligned with business goals
• Resolve cross-functional systemic issues, eliminate root causes, and identify emerging risks
• Establish KPIs, data-driven insights, and governance for planning effectiveness
• Act as advisor to senior leadership, align priorities, and influence enterprise decisions
• Drive integration of planning systems like SAP/IBP and lead transformation programs

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology per US Export Administration Regulations
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Extensive experience in operational planning, supply chain strategy, and system integration
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale improvement or transformation initiatives
• Strong background in planning systems, data analytics, and process frameworks
• Enterprise-level systems thinking, executive communication, and leadership through complexity
