What you will do
- Drive revenue growth, cost optimisation, and overall P&L performance for the Street portfolio.
- Lead the commercial management and governance of a key £22m contract, ensuring KPI compliance and value delivery.
- Act as the senior relationship owner for major customers and manage key supplier ecosystems.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of 6, spanning commercial, product, and technical functions.
- Shape the strategic direction of the Street business based on market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in P&L performance and investment-led decision making.
- Track record of managing complex, high-value contracts and leading negotiations.
- Ability to build and sustain senior-level customer relationships as a trusted partner.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across commercial, technical, and operational domains.
- Must be based in or able to work from London, Bristol, Manchester, or Birmingham.
