What you will do

• Own and drive digital new business targets and sales funnel performance.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 9 digital underwriters.
• Optimize underwriting workflows and processes within an Acturis-led environment.
• Collaborate with distribution and leadership to launch new digital products.
• Ensure strong governance and high service standards for broker partners.
• Shape the future team structure as product complexity and volume grow.

Requirements

• Commercial insurance background (broker or composite insurer).
• Proven track record in digital trading, fast-paced underwriting, or operations.
• Experience with digital platforms such as Acturis.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and performance management capability.
• Demonstrated experience leading and scaling teams.
• Must be able to work from the Birmingham office 3 days per week.

• Experience scaling digital functions or launching new insurance products.
