What you will do

• Analyze product and channel performance to identify commercial opportunities and risks.
• Develop and execute action plans to close performance gaps and drive business growth.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels to support strategic recommendations.
• Monitor and optimize commercial initiatives to ensure targets are met.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Proven ability to turn insights into measurable performance improvements.
• Confident communication skills with experience presenting to diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive and inquisitive approach to understanding performance drivers.
• Ability to work on-site in Osterley 3 days per week.
