What you will do

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of financial operations across multiple EMEA service centers.
  • Oversee middle and back‑office functions including reconciliations, settlements, trade support, and financial controls.
  • Develop and execute regional operations and go‑to‑market strategies to expand the client base in the region.
  • Act as the senior point of contact for key EMEA clients to strengthen long‑term partnerships and satisfaction.
  • Drive efficiency, standardize processes, and embed automation using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Manage regional financial planning, including budgeting, capacity planning, and P&L accountability.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in operations management, shared services, or outsourced service delivery.
  • Deep expertise in Capital Markets and Securities Operations across the EMEA region.
  • Proven track record of leading large, multi‑site teams and managing complex operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Certification or hands‑on experience in Lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies.
