What you will do

• Manage daily operations, performance, and attendance of the Sales Support Team.
• Provide coaching, training, and career development support to team members.
• Handle escalations from distribution teams and advisers to resolve issues and mitigate risk.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal distribution teams and external adviser firms.
• Embed a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and adherence to business values.
• Ensure team planning aligns with broader functional business plans and strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in people management within operational areas, specifically in Life, Pensions, or the Investment Industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, senior management, and external financial advisers.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products, particularly Excel.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement activities and challenge the status quo.
• High energy, self-starter mindset, and strong motivation.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering against company values and fostering a team-oriented environment.
