What you will do

• Manage daily operations across multiple institutional lines, including Custody, Brokerage, CaaS, RBAC, KYC, and Fees.
• Identify operational gaps and growth opportunities using data analytics and AI-assisted workflows to optimize SLAs and client experience.
• Design scalable frameworks for client incentive programs, fee tier administration, and cross-jurisdictional regulatory adherence (HK/SG/EU/US).
• Develop and execute a long-term operations roadmap to retire manual toil and drive revenue growth.
• Build and deliver structured training, SOPs, and playbooks for Relationship Managers and institutional clients.

Requirements

• 6+ years of operations experience in institutional financial services, crypto exchanges, or fintech.
• Hands-on ownership of at least two areas: custody, brokerage, KYC/KYB, or incentive programs.
• Proven ability to align product, sales, compliance, and risk teams as a high-influence individual contributor.
• Strong data fluency and experience with AI tooling (LLM workflows, automation agents, no-code/low-code platforms).
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting digital asset services across HK, SG, and APAC.
• Must have a current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at a crypto exchange, traditional prime broker, custodian, or institutional liquidity provider.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting for ops automation and data wrangling.
• Understanding of orderbook mechanics, market making programs, and institutional fee structures.
• Experience building internal ops portals, ticketing systems, or workflow engines at scale.
