Product Manager, Developer Experience (Web3)

hirify.global provides a secure digital-asset platform and network used by financial institutions, banks, global brands, and Web3 companies.

What you will do

• Own the developer platform product area end to end, including API discovery, testing tools, and integration infrastructure reliability.
• Define and improve the developer experience across hirify.global, identifying friction and closing gaps between platform capabilities and developer needs.
• Represent the developer persona in roadmap decisions, cross-functional planning, and customer conversations.
• Interview developers to understand business problems and translate insights into product decisions.
• Write product specifications, challenge assumptions, and pressure-test solutions with engineering and design.
• Evaluate shipped work and determine whether it solved the underlying problem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience owning a developer-facing or platform product area.
• Production coding experience and the ability to apply it to product decisions.
• Ability to review API designs and identify integration usability issues.
• Strong product judgment when prioritizing, deferring, and defining platform investments.
• Experience defining clear product problems, writing specifications, and collaborating with engineering and design.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or digital-asset infrastructure.
• Experience with product-led growth or self-serve developer journeys.
