What you will do

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for DeFi products, balancing user experience with protocol economics.
• Design and refine tokenomics, yield models, reward distribution, and incentive mechanisms.
• Drive DeFi integrations and partnerships, including DEX/AMM listings and lending market use cases.
• Manage liquidity and treasury operations, focusing on peg stability and liquidity depth.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams on token classification, KYC/AML, and jurisdictional restrictions.
• Collaborate with security and audit teams on smart contract risk, vault mechanics, and anti-abuse safeguards.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of DeFi primitives such as staking, AMMs, bonding curves, and lending markets.
• Proven experience shipping crypto or DeFi products in a PM or technical strategy role.
• Ability to reason fluently about smart contract mechanics and on-chain incentive design.
• Awareness of the regulatory landscape regarding tokens, staking, and payments.
• Ability to balance rapid iteration with strict security and risk discipline.
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, security, legal, and growth teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with restaking, LSTs, or token launch platforms.
• Background in fintech infrastructure, payments, or billing/metering.
• Familiarity with decentralized compute economics or AI/compute infrastructure.
• Existing network across DeFi protocols, market makers, exchanges, or auditors.
