What you will do

• Install, configure, and commission AV systems including displays, projectors, audio, video conferencing, and control systems.
• Perform system testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and on-site diagnostics to resolve hardware, cabling, and software issues.
• Read and interpret AV drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Integrate AV systems with enterprise networks in collaboration with IT teams.
• Support project managers with technical expertise, field feedback, client training, and post-installation support.
• Maintain records, inventories, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safety/compliance standards.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of AV integration, control systems, networking, and field service.
• Hands-on experience with AV hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work at client sites in Columbia, MD.
• Skills in reading schematics and providing technical support.
