What you will do

• Lead and oversee the installation of commercial AV systems including displays, projectors, video walls, and speakers.
• Interpret AV system drawings, schematics, and technical documents to execute project plans.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Crestron, Extron, and AMX control systems.
• Supervise and coordinate field technicians and subcontractors to ensure project deadlines and standards are met.
• Perform physical installation tasks including cable pulls, terminations, equipment mounting, and rack building.
• Conduct quality checks and functional testing to verify system performance before turnover.

Requirements

• Active security clearance required (Top Secret clearance preferred).
• Extensive experience in commercial AV installation and technical leadership.
• Hands-on proficiency with Crestron, Extron, and/or AMX control platforms.
• Ability to read and execute project plans based on technical schematics.
• Strong leadership skills to manage field teams and subcontractors.
