What you will do

• Install, configure, and service professional AV systems, including LED displays and video walls.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot AV hardware, signal flow, and display issues in the field.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades for existing installations.
• Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to support system deployments.
• Ensure all systems function properly and meet specific client requirements.
• Document service work, troubleshooting steps, and system updates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting professional AV systems.
• Hands-on experience with LED displays, video walls, or large-format digital displays.
• Strong understanding of AV signal flow, cabling, and system components.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and system integration issues.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Mechanicsburg, PA.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in the field.

Nice to have

• CTS certification or other recognized AV industry certifications.
• Experience supporting corporate, broadcast, or command center AV environments.
• Familiarity with AV control systems and networking fundamentals.
