Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an AV Technician within a rental company or event venue, specifically for conferences.
• High understanding of audiovisual technology and equipment.
• Experience working with LED screens and digital signage for events.
• Availability to travel across Europe and the U.S. for selected summits.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain professional under pressure.
• Excellent time management and collaboration skills in diverse environments.
