What you will do

• Lead daily operations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and banking administration.
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs, service levels, and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Implement automation, AI, and workflow optimization to eliminate manual processes and improve accuracy.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex operational and customer service issues.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a team of financial operations specialists.
• Manage tax administration, regulatory compliance, and audit support documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting operations, financial services, or HOA management.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams in high-volume, service-oriented environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, banking operations, and collections.
• Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and workflow automation.
