What you will do

• Define strategic direction for Americas credit and collections, including portfolio management and cash forecasting.
• Lead the automation roadmap for collections, incorporating dunning workflows and self-service payments.
• Drive AI adoption for intelligent prioritization, AI-drafted correspondence, and predictive risk scoring.
• Manage and develop a team of managers and analysts, setting KPIs for DSO and collection effectiveness.
• Establish credit risk strategies, policies, and limit frameworks for enterprise SaaS customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Deal Desk on complex contract negotiations and billing arrangements.

Requirements

• Experience leading credit and collections teams in high-growth enterprise SaaS, including managing other managers.
• Proven track record of driving automation in AR workflows with measurable efficiency gains.
• Strong knowledge of commercial credit risk assessment and financial statement analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERPs (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and AR automation platforms (Tesorio, HighRadius, Billtrust).
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle (Hybrid policy: 25%+ office time).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in AR, credit, or collections.
• Experience deploying LLM-based solutions in a finance context.
• Experience with SOX controls and audit requirements.
• Experience with usage-based billing and multi-year enterprise deals.
