What you will do

• Build and deploy AI Agents to automate accounting workflows, ensuring accurate configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Deliver training, workshops, and coaching to corporate accounting teams to enable them to design and maintain their own AI Agents.
• Identify automation opportunities, assess use case feasibility, and scope requirements for customers.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of Agent configurations and coordinate technical escalations with integration resources.
• Provide customer feedback to the product team to identify usability gaps and enhancement opportunities.
• Guide partner-led implementations and lead internal enablement sessions on Agent-building tools.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, audit, or accounting operations.
• Background in accounting required; CPA preferred.
• Familiarity with workflow automation, API, and data-flow concepts used in accounting systems.
• Strong communication skills for leading workshops and training sessions with corporate teams.
• Ability to convert complex accounting processes into structured automation steps.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites for deployment and training.

Nice to have

• CPA or degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Familiarity with LLM-based agents, RPA tools (e.g., UiPath), or AI workflow builders.
• Experience designing SQL-based reporting and configuring API integrations.
• Background in SaaS platforms focused on finance transformation or compliance.
