What you will do

  • Own and execute scalable demand generation strategies to drive marketing-sourced pipeline.
  • Design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value target accounts.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Establish reporting frameworks, attribution models, and dashboards to measure ROI and funnel performance.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to align on pipeline goals, lead scoring, and conversion outcomes.
  • Build the growth marketing function from the ground up, including processes, systems, and team structure.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
  • Must have Healthcare IT industry experience.
  • Proven track record in demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue marketing.
  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and executive leadership.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

  • Background in SaaS, managed services (MSP), or cybersecurity.
  • Experience building or rebuilding marketing infrastructure from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations and attribution modeling.
