What you will do
- Own and execute scalable demand generation strategies to drive marketing-sourced pipeline.
- Design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value target accounts.
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Establish reporting frameworks, attribution models, and dashboards to measure ROI and funnel performance.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to align on pipeline goals, lead scoring, and conversion outcomes.
- Build the growth marketing function from the ground up, including processes, systems, and team structure.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
- Must have Healthcare IT industry experience.
- Proven track record in demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue marketing.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and executive leadership.
- Builder mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
- Background in SaaS, managed services (MSP), or cybersecurity.
- Experience building or rebuilding marketing infrastructure from scratch.
- Strong understanding of revenue operations and attribution modeling.
