What you will do

• Execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns aligned with revenue objectives.
• Build and launch campaigns across email, webinars, paid media, and ABM platforms.
• Operate and optimize campaigns within marketing automation platforms like Pardot and Salesforce.
• Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to align messaging and targeting strategies.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, and ROI.
• Support the development of nurture journeys and lead scoring alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B pipeline marketing.
• Proven experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and marketing attribution.
• Experience supporting ABM strategies and funnel-based campaign execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, biotech, medtech, or life sciences.
• Proficiency with Demandbase, Mutiny, or similar Martech tools.
