What you will do

• Own and execute the end-to-end demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline.
• Lead paid media programs across search, social, and content channels to maximize return on spend.
• Manage digital conversion funnels through rigorous testing, experimentation, and personalization.
• Oversee lifecycle marketing programs to improve customer onboarding, retention, and lifetime value.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing, distributed team of growth marketers.
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth in B2B SaaS environments.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Must be based within +3 / -6 UTC time zone.
• Deep expertise in paid media, digital marketing, and marketing analytics.
• Proficiency with GTM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, and ad platforms.
