What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, people-focused transformation and change programmes aligned with business goals and financial targets.
- Establish robust programme management practices, including risk mitigation, dependency management, and reporting using Agile and traditional frameworks.
- Act as the primary interface between Strategy, Portfolio & Performance teams and Group teams to ensure unit priorities are aligned.
- Manage the in-unit prioritisation process and implementation of portfolio and change initiatives to optimise resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and facilitate decision-making.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to deliver value across multiple HR domains within an agile organisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business partnering, consulting, and managing complex stakeholder environments at a senior level.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex transformation programmes through all stages of the lifecycle.
- Strong capability in programme governance and risk management, including coaching others in best practices.
- Ability to develop business cases, synthesize costs and benefits, and influence budget allocation.
- Location: Ability to work from Bristol, Birmingham, or London.
