What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, providing coaching and guidance on people-related matters.
• Translate strategic business priorities into effective people plans and organizational solutions.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, including organizational design, restructures, and consultations.
• Act as a senior advisor on complex employee relations cases and maintain knowledge of employment legislation.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and Centres of Excellence to deliver local and global People strategies.
• Provide informal mentorship and coaching to the UK People team to build internal capability.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a People Partner or HR Business Partner role.
• Strong expertise in employee relations and managing complex, sensitive cases.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders in fast-paced, complex organizations.
• Experience leading organizational change, including restructuring and consultation processes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and operate effectively within a matrix environment.
• Strong commercial judgment regarding the impact of people decisions on business performance.
