What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Translate business strategies into actionable people plans, focusing on organizational effectiveness and cultural alignment.
  • Lead complex organizational design initiatives and large-scale change management.
  • Partner with People Operations, Workplace, and Talent teams to ensure an integrated employee experience.
  • Drive talent strategy, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a People Partner or HRBP in a large, complex business.
  • Ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering end-to-end people programs.
  • Data-fluent with the ability to pull insights from people metrics to drive outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with COEs and building infrastructure from scratch.
  • Must be able to start immediately.
