What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Support client onboarding for the aggregation platform and guide partners through integrations and product launches.
- Identify and acquire new business targets through research, existing relationships, and targeted contact.
- Manage the sales pipeline and coordinate with internal executive and development teams.
- Perform product demonstrations and provide regular KPI reports to clients and management.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while monitoring market trends.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development (internships and co-ops included).
- Track record of building client relationships and contributing to account growth.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Vaughan, ON.

- Spanish language proficiency.
- Experience with CRM or project management tools.
