Business Development Director (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Identify new prospective clients and execute sales development strategies to expand the business portfolio.
• Drive account revenue and manage sales/up-sales activities through proposals and presentations.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor intelligence, and global gaming market data to create actionable approaches.
• Develop long-term relationships with game developers and publishers across PC, console, and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure excellence in execution across all client touchpoints.
• Monitor competition to identify and test new trends and best business practices for competitive advantage.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate strategy, sales, or business development, with at least 3 years specifically in the gaming industry.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1+).
• Deep knowledge of technical platforms, business models, and trends in Gaming, Streaming, or Game Engines.
• Familiarity with major game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Proven track record in managing and monitoring performance metrics across account portfolios.
