Client Relationships Intern (Fintech)

Salary: $23–$25 per hour

What you will do

• Develop and maintain positive business relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Research and report on payments industry technologies, regulations, trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Analyze client and market data to identify potential threats and growth opportunities.
• Support the client team in the compilation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and key deliverables.
• Utilize CRM tools to resolve ad hoc research requests from internal and external partners.
• Coordinate activities with cross-functional stakeholders and provide support on special projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience coordinating internal and/or external stakeholder groups.
• Must be eligible to pass comprehensive background checks, including Canadian Criminal and Credit checks.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear and concise PowerPoint decks.
• High level of initiative and ownership in driving meetings and follow-ups.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Salesforce, Tableau, Medallia, or similar data management tools.
• Previous experience in customer experience, account management, or sales.
