TL;DR
Client Relationships Intern (Fintech): Supporting the client team in managing partnerships and driving revenue through research and reporting with an accent on payments industry analysis and CRM management. Focus on conducting market research, preparing Quarterly Business Reviews, and coordinating internal stakeholder activities.
Location: Hybrid (Toronto, Canada)
Salary: $23–$25 per hour

What you will do
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Research and report on payments industry technologies, regulations, trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Analyze client and market data to identify potential threats and growth opportunities.
- Support the client team in the compilation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and key deliverables.
- Utilize CRM tools to resolve ad hoc research requests from internal and external partners.
- Coordinate activities with cross-functional stakeholders and provide support on special projects.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience coordinating internal and/or external stakeholder groups.
- Must be eligible to pass comprehensive background checks, including Canadian Criminal and Credit checks.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear and concise PowerPoint decks.
- High level of initiative and ownership in driving meetings and follow-ups.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Salesforce, Tableau, Medallia, or similar data management tools.
- Previous experience in customer experience, account management, or sales.
