What you will do

• Define AI-native features and agentic system behaviors at the platform level for human-agent collaboration.
• Rapidly prototype concepts using code and AI-native tools to simulate real agent interactions and workflows.
• Create interaction models for multi-agent collaboration, including orchestration, handoffs, and shared context.
• Design platform-level components and primitives specifically for AI integration.
• Mentor peers in visual craft and systems design while influencing product strategy through design-led exploration.
• Lead design sprints and workshops to align stakeholders and accelerate strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience focusing on complex desktop consumer or enterprise applications.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted or agent-based experiences, including autonomy and role ambiguity.
• Exceptional craft in visual clarity, spacing, motion, and interaction polish.
• Strong systems thinking to ensure design decisions cascade correctly across user journeys.
• Experience designing for both enterprise and consumer audiences, balancing complexity with clarity.

Nice to have

• Experience with canvas-based or spatial interfaces.
• Background in multi-agent systems, orchestration, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with AI concepts such as memory, context windows, and tool use.
• Proven history of shaping 0→1 products or platform capabilities.
