What you will do

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operational performance across the business.

• Manage inventory, stock control, and supply chain operations.
• Lead strategic transformation projects, including ERP development and implementation.
• Mentor and develop high-performing operational teams as part of the executive leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a COO, Operations Director, or senior operational leader in a high-growth business.
• Strong track record of scaling operational teams and leading business change.
• Deep understanding of B2B operations, customer onboarding, and service delivery.
• Experience overseeing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Exposure to ERP transformation or large-scale change programs is highly desirable.
