What you will do
- Develop and execute long-term strategies for distribution and business development to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with affiliate partners and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee the negotiation and contractual requirements for new business and distribution deals.
- Manage third-party distributors and identify opportunities for expansion in new territories.
- Provide leadership and direction to the distribution and business development teams.
- Drive a customer-focused mindset and foster collaboration across internal departments.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in London or Singapore.
- Deep expertise in affiliate sales, content distribution, and carriage negotiations.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in evaluating complex deal structures and distribution economics.
- Comprehensive understanding of media landscapes including linear, streaming, FAST, AVOD, SVOD, and DTC models.
- Demonstrated ability to build and influence senior-level relationships.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for presenting strategic recommendations to executives.
