What you will do
- Own and deliver full P&L accountability, including revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost discipline.
- Lead the transformation from a fragmented country-based model to a function-led pan-European organization.
- Define and execute a multi-year growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives and regional market dynamics.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to shape a customer-led innovation roadmap, including AI-enabled capabilities.
- Build, inspire, and retain a high-performing leadership team across diverse European markets.
- Serve as a senior ambassador of the company with customers, partners, and industry bodies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience (GM/VP level) with full P&L ownership in a software or technology-enabled business.
- Proven track record in enterprise or B2B SaaS.
- Experience leading pan-European businesses with strong cultural awareness across multiple geographies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed global environment.
- Strong background in product strategy, commercialization, and organizational transformation.
- Ability to travel independently (up to 40%) with a valid passport and driver’s license.
