What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Operations and Data Analysts.
• Define and standardize reporting frameworks, KPIs, and data definitions across functions.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of operational and financial dashboards.
• Partner with IT and data engineering to improve data infrastructure and accessibility.
• Establish data governance practices to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Translate complex business needs into scalable analytical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, IT, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data or business analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead capacity.
• Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and BI reporting tools.
• Proven ability to lead complex analytical initiatives in cross-functional environments.
• Excellent communication skills for translating analysis into business insights.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience with Power BI and Microsoft BI technologies (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS).
• Experience with machine learning, AI, or predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with JIRA and advanced analytics concepts.
