What you will do

  • Lead sales coverage planning and optimization for Growth Advisors and Specialists, designing scalable coverage models.
  • Develop capacity models to align frontline headcount planning and allocation with revenue targets and market demand.
  • Define and evolve Book of Business strategy, including sizing, assignment methodologies, and coverage rules.
  • Shape sales segmentation strategy to maximize productivity and coverage effectiveness.
  • Build scalable frameworks and operating rhythms to improve transparency across planning cycles.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Recruiting, and BizOps to align on priorities and trade-offs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Deep expertise in sales planning, coverage design, headcount modeling, and segmentation.
  • Proven track record of building scalable planning systems in growth-stage or marketplace environments.
  • Strong analytical skills for creating scenario-based planning frameworks and data-driven decisions.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Must be based in the United States
