What you will do
- Lead scalable quality initiatives across the provider network by identifying gaps and sizing opportunities.
- Drive quarterly operational programs designed to move key business metrics.
- Own and execute AI-powered documentation programs and psych provider quality reviews.
- Partner cross-functionally to align on priorities and measure outcomes with rigor.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable operational strategies and programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth technology startups.
- Mastery of Excel or Google Sheets for advanced financial, operational, and statistical modeling.
- High proficiency in SQL for independently querying, joining, and cleaning large datasets.
- Proven track record of executing cross-functional projects that drive core business metrics.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
Nice to have
- 1+ years of experience in a high-growth health tech startup environment.
- Experience partnering with clinicians to translate clinical workflows into data-driven improvements.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Looker, or Hex.
- Experience managing external vendors or partners.
