What you will do

• Lead market research initiatives to gather actionable insights on customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Develop, grow, and optimize a Voice of Customer (VoC) program to ensure the customer is at the center of decision-making.
• Build and maintain advanced analytics capabilities and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to integrate insights into product roadmaps and marketing campaigns.
• Lead and mentor a team of insights and analytics professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Manage vendor relationships and work with procurement to streamline insight gathering from healthcare stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in market research, customer insights, or analytics.
• Experience must be in the healthcare industry (diagnostics experience strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful VoC programs.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
