What you will do

• Solve complex business problems like provider utilization and patient conversion using structured analysis.
• Conduct deep dives into enrollment, scheduling, and clinical operations to identify improvements.
• Lead high-priority operational initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurement.
• Develop reporting infrastructure and dashboards using BI tools to monitor key business drivers.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Finance teams to establish consistent metric definitions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate operational needs into shared priorities.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in a highly analytical role, preferably in healthcare operations or consulting.
• Experience with BI tools such as Sigma Computing and Snowflake; SQL familiarity is a plus.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Strong business intuition and familiarity with financial concepts and reporting.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
