What you will do

• Act as the primary finance partner for Sales and Customer Experience leaders, managing budgeting and headcount.
• Analyze operational metrics including sales cycles, conversion rates, churn, net revenue retention, and CAC.
• Transform complex financial data into actionable recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Present financial analyses during performance reviews, budgeting cycles, and resource allocation discussions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and FP&A teams to ensure plan governance and alignment.
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to optimize reporting tools like Sigma, Snowflake, and Adaptive Planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a technology SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders through business partnering.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Sigma, and Power BI.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS KPIs such as ARR, NER, customer churn, CAC, and LTV.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• CPA or CFA designation.
• Experience in PaaS environments.
• Proficiency with Adaptive Planning or similar budgeting platforms.
