Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

What you will do

• Act as the primary finance partner for Sales and Customer Experience leaders.
• Own budgeting, workforce planning, and headcount management.
• Analyze sales cycles, conversion rates, churn, net revenue retention, customer acquisition cost, and sales productivity.
• Prepare and present financial analyses for performance reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Partner with business leaders, Human Resources Business Partners, and Financial Planning & Analysis stakeholders on planning governance.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence to improve reporting and visualization tools, including Sigma, Snowflake, and Adaptive Planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a technology SaaS environment.
• Business partnering experience and the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Sigma, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of ARR, net expansion revenue, customer churn, CAC, customer lifetime value, quota attainment, and sales pipeline coverage.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA or CFA designation.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or PaaS environments.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning or a comparable planning and budgeting platform.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
