Senior Financial Analyst, Digital Initiatives

What you will do

• Prepare consolidated monthly forecasts, budgets, risk overviews, and financial analyses for global digital initiatives.
• Present key insights and executive-ready recurring and ad hoc deliverables to internal clients and management.
• Act as the financial lead for business cases supporting technology investments.
• Lead and participate in improvement projects covering data governance, reporting, process standardization, internal controls, automation, and change management.
• Improve operational processes and data accuracy while supporting the Digital Planning agile process and governance.
• Build trusted partnerships with technology leaders, Finance teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 6+ years of experience in financial governance, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, technology investment business cases, and Finance process improvement.
• Experience preparing executive-ready deliverables.
• French and English bilingual proficiency, written and spoken.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, risk management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or professional accounting designation such as CPA.
• Experience using Visio.
• Experience leading change, facilitating workshops, delivering training, and managing multiple improvement projects.
