What you will do

• Own the operational cadence of the PMM organization, defining KPIs and building reporting infrastructure.
• Architect and enforce content governance frameworks to ensure scalable, high-quality field assets.
• Manage the sales play portfolio as a product, from ideation and launch to measurement and retirement.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with PMMs, sales leadership, and RevOps to align content with GTM priorities.
• Analyze performance trends to identify blockers and optimize PMM impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business operations, sales enablement, product marketing, or GTM strategy in B2B SaaS.
• Must be based in the US (Palo Alto hybrid or PT/MT time zones).
• Proven track record of running cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong data literacy and ability to make evidence-based recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
