What you will do
- Lead customer research via interviews and surveys to refine messaging and content based on buyer behavior.
- Own the end-to-end competitive intelligence program, including tracking signals and delivering actionable insights.
- Develop product messaging and positioning that resonates with IT professional personas.
- Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap prioritization using market and customer feedback.
- Manage relationships with industry analyst firms like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
- Pilot and scale AI-powered tools to optimize competitive research, content development, and persona refinement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product marketing experience within a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of building and running competitive intelligence programs.
- Experience managing analyst relationships and preparing executive-level briefings.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate research and content workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship (H-1B not supported).

- Experience in IT management, endpoint management, or enterprise software markets.
