TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States. Hybrid and remote models available based on proximity to office hubs; travel is an expected part of the role.

What you will do

  • Own the portfolio-level positioning and messaging frameworks, ensuring a deep understanding of buyer personas and competitive landscapes.
  • Lead the full commercial strategy and GTM orchestration for product launches, including pricing and packaging recommendations.
  • Build the product marketing function, including hiring the team and establishing metrics that connect PMM work to revenue and growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure aligned storytelling.
  • Develop a scalable PMM system using AI to govern messaging and enable GTM teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of owning positioning, GTM strategy, and revenue enablement end-to-end.
  • Experience with both sales-led and product-led growth (PLG) motions.
  • Expertise in pricing and packaging strategies within multi-product SaaS environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use metrics to drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience building functions in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

  • Vertical SaaS experience.
  • Curiosity and experience in applying AI to modernize product marketing functions.
