What you will do

• Drive messaging architecture for ITSM and ESM, creating persona-specific value propositions and simplifying complex technical capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for product launches, managing the calendar from T-8 to T+30 and defining success metrics.
• Develop sales enablement tools, including training, messaging guides, pitch narratives, and objection handlers.
• Manage analyst relations with firms like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC, preparing narratives and leading briefings.
• Monitor competitive landscapes and translate market trends into actionable intelligence for product strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing focused on enterprise SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of product launches.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3x/week) from San Mateo, CA.
• Exceptional ability to distill complex AI and ITSM capabilities into simple, value-driven messaging.
• Experience selling into core IT decision makers and IT operations.
