TL;DR

Sales Engineer (SaaS): Serving as the technical and strategic bridge between prospects, partners, and the sales organization to drive revenue growth with an accent on product demonstrations, solution architecture, and technical validation. Focus on accelerating sales cycles, enabling channel partners, and aligning complex automation and AI solutions to measurable customer business outcomes.

Location: Remote (United States). Must be available to work Pacific Time (PT) hours.

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 base; OTE $110,000–$120,000 USD.

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to identify customer challenges and align solutions to business outcomes.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to uncover technical requirements and integration needs.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and technical presentations.
  • Build and present solution architectures, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical validation plans.
  • Enable channel partners through product training, demo support, and technical workshops.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales.
  • Experience supporting SaaS, AI, automation, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, automation platforms, or cloud technologies.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and working with channel partners.
  • Must be based in the US and able to work Pacific Time (PT) hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience with workflow automation, AI agents, or iPaaS platforms.
  • Database knowledge (SQL, Postgres).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
