What you will do
- Identify customer business and technical requirements and map them to product solutions.
- Build joint customer strategies with enterprise sales, support, and customer success to drive product adoption.
- Deliver live demonstrations of products and platform to prospective customers.
- Help customers migrate to by navigating complex technical scenarios and workflows.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for key decision makers and advocate for customer interests.
- Share customer feedback internally and guide post-sales teams toward successful outcomes based on customer environment and goals.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the continental United States
- 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, or related technical/sales/industry experience (or equivalent education + experience).
- Experience owning technical aspects of the sales cycle from discovery through qualification, proof-of-concept design/execution, and post-sales transition.
- Domain knowledge in one or more areas: SCM (Git/ workflows) and DevOps/DevSecOps; CI/CD architecture and workflows; DevSecOps (SAST/DAST and software composition/security analysis); agentic software development practices and tools.
- Ability to travel up to 25% when needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with prior public speaking experience.
