What you will do

  • Identify customer business and technical requirements and map them to hirify.global product solutions.
  • Build joint customer strategies with enterprise sales, support, and customer success to drive product adoption.
  • Deliver live demonstrations of hirify.global products and platform to prospective customers.
  • Help customers migrate to hirify.global by navigating complex technical scenarios and workflows.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for key decision makers and advocate for customer interests.
  • Share customer feedback internally and guide post-sales teams toward successful outcomes based on customer environment and goals.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the continental United States
  • 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, or related technical/sales/industry experience (or equivalent education + experience).
  • Experience owning technical aspects of the sales cycle from discovery through qualification, proof-of-concept design/execution, and post-sales transition.
  • Domain knowledge in one or more areas: SCM (Git/hirify.global workflows) and DevOps/DevSecOps; CI/CD architecture and workflows; DevSecOps (SAST/DAST and software composition/security analysis); agentic software development practices and tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% when needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with prior public speaking experience.
