What you will do

• Lead technical discovery, product demonstrations, and validation activities, including proofs of value, to confirm technical fit and accelerate evaluation milestones.
• Own technical evaluation for complex opportunities: solution design, workshop facilitation, proof of concept/proof of value execution, and documented evaluation outcomes.
• Develop end-to-end technical strategies for assigned accounts to expand platform adoption and enable multi-team, multi-year transformation milestones.
• Partner with Account Executives and regional sales teams in the East territory to align technical strategy with customer priorities and business outcomes.
• Advise on modern software development, continuous integration/continuous deployment, security, cloud, and platform adoption practices.
• Drive competitive analysis and represent customer voice by sharing field insights, integration needs, and product feedback with Product Management and Engineering.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing technical pre-sales, consulting, or related roles, including solution design, technical evaluations, and adoption planning.
• Ability to solve complex, broad-scope customer issues, including integration challenges and cross-functional technical scenarios.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, security, and cloud concepts.
• Hands-on familiarity with hirify.global or similar source code management and CI/CD/collaboration platforms, connecting platform capabilities to customer goals.
• Experience facilitating workshops and leading proofs of concept/proofs of value, plus contributing to technical assessments, audits, or tender responses.
• Strong communication skills to adapt technical and business messaging for practitioners, leaders, and executive stakeholders.
