Location: United States (Remote)
Salary: $204,000 - $254,000 OTE

What you will do
- Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
- Own technical engagement with customers to help close high-velocity opportunities using advanced competitive knowledge.
- Deliver product and technical presentations, demos, and hands-on enablement.
- Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape.
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems learned during interactions.
- Contribute to enablement materials such as documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- Location: Ideally located in Greater NYC or Boston Area
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with open source technologies or in metrics/monitoring.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to collaborate with remote-first internal teams and worldwide customers.
- Ability to articulate technical advantages and the value proposition of observability products.
- Experience solving technical challenges and providing creative solutions to customers.
- Ability to work effectively with an international remote-first team.
