TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX

Salary: $111,900 - $165,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead the planning and execution of AI-native transformation initiatives across engineering teams.
  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted SDLC practices, including spec-driven development and agent-based workflows.
  • Build and maintain measurement infrastructure to provide leadership with real-time visibility into AI adoption and impact.
  • Bridge the gap between platform capabilities and team needs by building reusable skills and tooling.
  • Translate technical AI capabilities into actionable strategies for leaders, TPMs, and engineers.
  • Operate across the full SDLC to ensure AI enablement is integrated from requirements through to delivery.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or developer enablement.
  • Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience driving adoption of new tools, practices, or platforms across large engineering organizations.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, LLM APIs, agent frameworks).
  • Must be based in or able to work in Austin, TX.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
