What you will do

• Monitor fraud risk across the customer lifecycle to provide timely detection of emerging risk patterns.
• Own and optimize risk controls end-to-end to ensure continuous strategy improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Data Science, and Engineering to drive custom risk management strategies for different geographies.
• Use quantitative analysis to assess risk and make decisions impacting large customer segments.
• Develop and implement risk monitoring and feedback loop frameworks for decision optimization.
• Manage strategy dashboards and track key data metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience (Bachelor's) or 5+ years (Master's) in Risk Management policies, preferably in Crypto, Fintech, or Payments.
• Deep understanding of fraud risk management and strategy across multiple fraud areas.
• Knowledge of data modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and risk rule writing engines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship.
