What you will do

• Lead data management and data quality initiatives across multiple domains.
• Gather, refine, and prioritize business and data requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop business terms, data models, mapphirify.globals, and technical documentation.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, testhirify.global, and UAT activities.
• Coordinate across countries and squads to deliver integrated data solutions.
• Support ESG, Risk, Finance, and regulatory reporthirify.global initiatives, includhirify.global BCBS 239.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within bankhirify.global or financial services.
• Strong expertise in data management, data quality, and data modelhirify.global.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL and advanced Excel.
• Experience workhirify.global with large datasets and data onboardhirify.global processes.
• Knowledge of Finance, Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Regulatory Reporthirify.global.
• Experience with Agile delivery, testhirify.global, UAT, and change implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience with FINREP or other regulatory reporthirify.global frameworks.
• Retail bankhirify.global product knowledge.
• Experience buildhirify.global roadmaps and supporthirify.global product strategy.
